Since 1999, Gusto va Mare, translated to "Taste of the Sea," has accomplished just that.

Antique lamps cast a soft glow over the linen covered tables. The hand painted murals of Venice and red brick walls create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The ambiance is perfect for a quiet business meal or a romantic date. There is also a separate dining area for large groups.

Freshness is the main ingredient in every dish that is caringly prepared for each order. The seafood menu is varied and delicious. Chef Casique and Manager Ilana are always looking for new and original recipes and ingredients for the menu. From the fabulous seafood, perfect pastas and mouth-watering appetizers to the tempting desserts prepared on the premises by their very own pastry chef, every stage of the creative process is made in house from scratch. In order to maintain the freshness, flavor, and the nutrients in each meal, every dish only begins to be prepared once it is ordered.

Gusto va Mare boasts a full bar with a wide selection of aged scotch and a variety of refreshing mixed drinks. In terms of cuisine, a recommended starter is the delicious Crostini Ai Funghi, grilled marinated Portobello mushrooms served on toasted Italian bread. Try the pasta of an assorted selection of Ravioli for presentation and flavor. All the fish selections are excellent, but the house specialty is the Tuna Balsamic- a beautiful cut of tuna marinated in aged balsamic vinegar and fresh garlic then grilled to perfection.
